Being a part of UELA for only three years is a big regret of mine on the basis that I didn't join as a freshman. This organization is so amazing and has given me so many opportunities to grow as a leader and be involved inside campus and out in the community. It has given me the tools I need to succeed in my career as I graduate from the University of Evansville. The connections I have made with leaders here at UE and across the nation from attending leadership conferences are relationships I will not only cherish but benefit greatly from in my future. I wish I had joined as a freshman and been able to be a part of something this great for much longer as UELA continues to make such a positive impact on the UE campus.

Anchor Your Leadership: BOSTON

A little over a week ago ADCO had the chance to travel to Boston for the National Center for Student Leadership conference. Prominent speakers included Stan Pearson, Morris Morrison, Gary Tuerack, and more! ADCO spent the weekend gathering information and tips to bring back to help Leadership Academy.

ADCO with Gary Tuerack
"My favorite speaker was Gary Tuerack who spoke on the 3 Day Challenge. He really pushed us to step outside of our comfort zone and do things we were afraid of. During his session we were able to sit back and envision our future. After doing that I was able to move my personal stresses aside and zone in on the future of our organization and all the places it could go"
